How much does shipping cost?
We deliver to any SF station/locker, commercial or residential address in Hong Kong
When will my order be sent?
In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days once payment is received. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If it’s a pre-order, then on the estimated date specified on the product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas. All delivery will be shipped by Courier Service.
Indemnities
Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels or parcel delays caused by the carrier. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery.
Am I able to exchange my item?
We only accept exchange if the item is incorrectly delivered or seriously damaged.
We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of item is needed, please contact us at petite.enbloc@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the items.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return the item in its original condition: un-used, in its original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.
