How much does shipping cost? 

We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong for purchase of HKD380 or above, SF express service will be selected automatically. For orders below HKD380 using SF express service, a delivery fee of HKD25/20 will be charged (SF locker: HKD20, Residential area: HKD25)

We deliver to any SF station/locker, commercial or residential address in Hong Kong.

Hongkong Post ordinary packet service is also available for orders below HKD380. Shipping costs will be calculated by weight and paid by customer. However, no tracking information is provided for ordinary packet service, customer shall solely responsible for the lost or undelivered package. 

For Hongkong Post ordinary packet service, the size of the package might be too big and cannot fit into the mailbox, you will receive a notification card from the post office and you may pick up your package from the nearby designated post office.

We also offer FREE delivery to Macau for purchase of HKD600 or above. For orders below HKD 600, a delivery fee of HKD34 will be charged.

When will my order be sent?

In-stock items typically ship out within 1-2 business days once payment is received. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If it’s a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated date indicated on the product page. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas and Macau. All delivery will be shipped by Courier Service.


Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels or parcel delays caused by the courier. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. 

Am I able to exchange my item?

We only accept exchange if the item is incorrectly delivered or seriously damaged.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of item is required, please contact us at within 48 hours after receiving the items.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return the item in its original condition: un-used, in its original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.
